However does Vernon Kay really match up to the great Les Dennis or the even greater late Bob Monkhouse. Surely though the best part of family fortunes was some of the answers the clearly deranged general public and the contestants came up with! Nothing was better than hearing Les Dennis shout “if its there I’ll give you the money me-self” Priceless!
